Yes it’s not that easy to follow. I put my properties in and got some views but I’m not comfortable with putting my credit card info in and it’s not secure.

Happy Saturday Looking for some advice on how to structure an owner financed wholesale deal. Once I give the details of the owner financing how should I structure it to include some meat on the bones for me as the wholesaler assigning the contract. Thanks
