Hello I was asked by a seller if they could close a deal and pay the back taxes from the proceeds ? If not what are some other ideas. Thanks
Christopher we will be having more discussion with them. I'm not sure right now that they have sought after loan mod. I don't have the numbers in front of me but I do remember they purchased the home in 2007.
Yes they do

Good Saturday morning

I have a potential client who has outgrown their home space wise and the house has outgrown their budget. They are 3 payments late about to make a payment or already has. They aren't opposed to selling wholesale but need to walk away with some finances to help get a new start for the family. I have some areas but wanted to get some input from the experiences people here in this great arena Thanks in advance for your advice.

Good Saturday morning I have a potential client who has outgrown their home and the home has outgrown their budget. They are 3 payments behind getting ready to make a payment. I have some ideas to help them but wanted to seek some advice from this wonderful community. They aren't opposed to selling wholesale but need some finances from the sale to help give them a restart to the next move. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

I have some ideas but I wanted to get some input from this great community. They are definitely not opposed to selling at wholesale but they need to get a little something out of the deal to help them get another start. Looking for some suggestions to help these wonderful people. Thanks in advance!
