Hello Jennifer!  I am an investor and realtor in MN & WI since 1999 and love working w/ eXp as my brokerage due to the collaboration, technology, global reach, revenue share, stock awards, sustainability, & multiple income streams.  I previously worked w/ KW, Remax, CB & a smaller local brokerage.  I am surprised about your question but perhaps it is your specific RE needs.

Hello ladies!  I invest in the US and Asia, mostly Buy & Hold or Seller-Finance strategies. I am RE licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 1999.

Hi Yuzi!  So I can share a quick summary. I have been in RE investments & sales since 1999.  I was formerly with KW and Remax.  I switched to eXp for 7 main reasons:

1. Revenue share @ eXp is superior to Profit share @ KW.  Remax had none.

2. Stock awards @ closing and @ Icon status.  Both KW & Remax had none.

3. Health/Medical care.  Both KW & Remax had none.

4. Investment opportunities & network in both US & Asia (residential & commercial).  Also good at KW & Remax.  They just have higher fees and I get stock awards at each closing w/ eXp.

5. Express Offers/iBuyer platform.  None at Remax or KW.

6.  More frequent & daily coaching & training

7. Office & culture-my particular group has brick & mortar so we meet daily in person if needed.  These are also good at KW & Remax.

My recommendation is do your due diligence. Much success to you Yuzi!  Don't hesitate to reach out.

Hello, so I started my RE business in 1999 & was formerly with Remax & KW.  I switched to eXp for 7 main reasons:

1. Revenue share @ eXp is superior to Profit share @ KW; Remax had none.

2. Stock awards @ closing and @ Icon status.  KW & Remax had none for agents.

3. Health/Medical care.  KW & Remax had none for agents.

4. Investment opportunities & network in both US & Asia (residential & commercial).  Remax was good with this but fees are higher.  KW was more affordable.  eXp gives me 3 free transactions per year.

5. Express Offers/iBuyer platform

6. Daily coaching & training.  Grant Cardone and his wife just joined.

7. Office & culture-my particular group has brick & mortar so we meet daily in person or zoom, if needed

My recommendation is do your due diligence. Much success to you!
