any of you guys are good commercial real estate investors? how did you guys get started on buying your first investment? i want to do commercial real estate because i know it is more money involved. but i do know it’s a lot of more work to do as well.. should i try to become a commercial real estate agent first to learn the ropes or should i just try to gain access to capital/loan so i can get my first investment? any answers will help.

My first commercial RE investment was as a commercial broker. I saw a property that was an incredible investment and put partners together to make the purchase and my commission was invested in the property.
