Hello BiggerPockets community. My name is John Fernald and I am a new Real Estate Agent. I am a former Marine and a member of the Oregon Army National Guard. I am with eXp and the owner of Twin Cedar Investments, LLC. It is my plan to specialize with those working in the tech field. Hillsboro is known as the "Silicon Forest" as there are many tech companies here, and as a former tech contractor I understand the need and requirements they fall into. I would really like to get into investing into my own properties by either flipping or renting/airbnb. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts for about a year now, and have been reading the forums as much as I can. I know that there is so much experience in here and I want to learn from all of you. If you have any comments, suggestions, or questions, contact me. I look forward to all our future conversations. Thank you.
