I want to do everything legally and ethically. She’s presently in a  section 8 townhouse community that is questionable on safety. I basically want to help her with a better quality of living- safer area, yard she can play with her grandchildren in , more square footage & neighbors that have pride of ownership of their home.

Hi Jay!  I just watched your show #222 and it was very informative to me.  Can you kindy send me the contact info of your old Vendor that does a low key turn key light type program.. where he will let the investor participate in the buy and rehab so they garner more equity?  Thank you!

Hi! I'm preparing to invest in a turnkey home w/ them. Anyone have experience-good/bad-with them? Do you recommend a different company? I plan to fund this by changing my Traditional IRA to a self directed IRA. I'm brand new to REI, live in MN, & prefer to be passive. Any advice to reduce my risks? Thank you.
