Thank you SO much for your response. I have been analyzing a lot of properties and the ones in Edinburg fit my budget and the numbers make sense. Are your long term rentals SFH or Multi-family? What do you think of these neighborhoods?

Hi BP Fam!  I am investing out of state and I am looking at Texas (like everyone else - I know).  What are your thoughts on Edinburg Texas?  When I run the numbers there they make sense, but I dont know much about the area.  Is anyone else investing in Edinburg?  Let me know what you think.
