Jax is the largest city in the US land-wise but there is an easy rule to learning where to focus on depending on your criteria.

@Nate Reed I hope this is the last extension. But yes your PM should be finding other ways to evict or even starting the eviction process and seeing if they claim covid hardship. If your PM isn’t taking action, we would be happy to take it over for you. Either way best of luck! There is a light at the end of the tunnel...

I know this is an older thread but I am an investor and property manager in Jax. Happy to help anyone looking for a property management company. Our company is Thirdstone Properties. Right now we manage 75 properties (6 of our own) and growing every month. We also don't have any contract to tie you in.
