Trusted Turnkey Companies?

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with turnkey companies and have an idea of which ones are good and which ones should be avoided? I know REI Nation is kind of popular and trusted in the BP community. I have a phone call with REI Nation tomorrow but would like to vet more options (especially if someone had a particularly bad experience with REI Nation). Thanks.

I am one of the owners of REI Nation, but am also very familiar with other companies in the industry and happy to help if I can. I'm not sure of the areas you are looking at, but I would take time to speak with @Nathan Brooks with Bridge Turnkey in MO. and @Gregg Cohen at JWB out of Jacksonville, FL. as well.  I can also give you a few additional companies in other Midwest markets and even others to speak with in TN. and TX.  There are a number of good companies out there and happy to help you put together a list of a few to speak with before moving forward.  Let me know your thoughts on markets and I'll help point you towards companies that I personally know.
