@Lucius Acholonu My husband and I started off as out of state investors ourselves when we lived in NYC in 2018. We acquired 5 properties while out of state, moved to Jax about 2 years ago, and partnered with the agent that helped us acquire our deals. Now our brokerage Thirdstone Properties offers an investor friendly agent as we only work with investors and property management. We currently manage 200 doors in the area and growing every week.
