Hello Chris Bernardo welcome to BP. What took you so long for your first post? Sounds like you are learning a lot here. I think you will find your way just fine, however the real knowledge comes from getting your toes in the water. Ideas are a dime a dozen, but worth millions when put into action. I'm sure someone else will have a more technical response. Keep learning, keep learning. Best wishes. See you around the forums.

Hello Tod Foltyn and welcome to BP. I'm trying to respond to your request. Basically the answering service and virtual assistant will do whatever you are willing to pay for. I would ask either to define their terms and see if it meets your needs and budget. However I find that you get a better response by working directly with leads. It's a relationship that we're working towards. For our business model, it would be too impersonal to inject this type service. However your model may call for this approach. You have not provided sufficient information to describe your business model, therefore my response is somewhat vague. Perhaps you might partnering with common goals and objectives. Creativity may be in order here. Just food for thought. Perhaps someone else will have a more satisfactory response. Best wishes.

Hello Robert Czekalinski and welcome to BP. This IS where smart investors hang out. I'd like to respond by saying that I see you are new here; less than 24 hours. This is a good time to get started investing on the right foot. I too had to take a step back and design a strategy before just jumping in. You have good potential so you don't want blow it by letting emotions get in the way. Take time to listen to the @brandon turner training session. It's about 4 hours and will help you think things through. While many folks here will respond with good ideas, ultimately YOU need to educate yourself on how and when to pull the trigger. And join the weekly webinars and consider becoming a PRO member. You will see the value in the investment. I did a week ago and it helped me. Finally, figure out what you want to do first. Then talk it over again and again. That's what we're here for. The mix of advice from everyone will help. No rush, right?

@Paul Timmins

Thanks for the good recommendations. I was holding off on buying the J Scott books, but finally took the plunge. Hey @Ryan Boren, best wishes on your investing. If you need some help, I know a great real estate company that knows the south suburban areas very well.
