Hey!

I stumbled across this web site as I was doing some research. I am currently in the process of buying my first home. I have no experience in REI but I have been doing research here and there for a few years now. I am planning on getting my real estate license next month for investing/learning purposes. I want to learn as much as possible before getting started.
