My name is E J Howard. I'm retired but still active in the workforce, of my choosing. I'm looking to gain another perspective on investing in real estate. I've been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois since 2005, but not actively selling since 2008. I started to work for my spouse as an office assistant since she went independent in 2016 to help her grow her business. Our goal is to widen her business by learning how to work within previously untouched investor areas. Perhaps we can do a little give and take with other professionals.
