@Thomas Butler

Try North Brunswick, South Brunswick, Plainsboro, Lawrenceville etc. You will get professional working tenants in this area. How is your rental in New Brunswick working out, I wanted to buy properties in New Brunswick earlier but did not work out.

@Scott MclarenCongratulations on your first NPN successful story and sharing with us. I am also looking at NPN and PN on FCI. Once we agree to purchase a note (I haven't purchased any note yet), does closing attorney (like property closing) is needed for note closing or just following FCI process?

Thanks Jeff for your quick reply. So it means property may not have mortgage on it or it might be low amount. What will happen if an owner decides to pay his property tax. Will lien holder will receive his amount back with interest plus premium he paid?

I was looking at our town last year tax sale record. One sale I noticed was Property Tax due was $13773 and it was sold with a premium of $72600. Why someone will pay this high premium for this tax sale?

I am looking to purchase REO properties. What is the best way to look for these properties? Does website like realtytrac or foreclosure.com useful for such purpose?
