New Jersey Cash Flow Oppertunities
Hi All,
Looking for some advice on good locations for cash flow buy and hold opportunities. Currently have a rental in New Brunswick area, but nothing in my target area has some up in some time. Have been looking in Hoboken/JC but cash flow is low in addition to high prices.
Was trying to keep location in New Jersey so I can manage myself. Additionally I was looking for a higher quality tenant that I wont have to constantly have issues with. Look to hear your thoughts and past experiences as I prefer not to invest outside the state at this point. Thank you!
