My thoughts are if it's condemned why test? All they will do is charge you $$$ and tell you it needs to be torn down... We've seen several of these out in my/your area and they've let the local/volunteer fire departments use them to train and they actually burn it down for you... Clean up is on you however. I've never had personal experience with doing so but I can tell you that we bought a place where an old trailer used to sit and they were cooking meth in it and got busted (trailer was moved before we bought it). Ken is 100% correct, even after it was gone and for roughly 3-4 years after we bought the place we had meth heads showing up/driving by looking for "David"... After that we haven't seen much. We could only figure it was the cycle as folks got out of jail and made their way back to where the local dealer used to be. If/when you buy it make sure if you keep anything of value bolted down and locked up. Feel free to reach out!

Welcome! I live outside of Fayetteville and will tell you this area will be hard to find good deals in for your daughter. They can be had but rarely are popping up on the MLS. Hey folks... My wife and I are looking to invest around our area and have been lurking while building for making a move into investing. We've got 2 kids and own a small farm in Goshen, AR outside of Fayetteville. We raise goats and chickens, and when time allows we raise and sell a few butcher hogs. I've toyed with the idea of getting my license for years now (even while we lived in Houston) and have set the goal of getting it this year and purchasing our first rental. We are excited and hoping to network with other folks in our area to get started!
