Hi, I'm a new guy looking to buy my first property. A SFH for a flip. I've owned a landscape maintenance company since I got out of high school, about ten years now, and work for a couple a people that invest in a lot of foreclosures/multi family and have even started developing subdivisions. I sold all my maintenance accounts and have decided to do nothing but residential/commercial installation along with beginning a career in real estate. I've been going to auctions since the beginning of the year and have bid on about five properties, not winning any of them. Hoping that changes and I can get one. Been looking and reading behind the scenes here on BP and look forward to networking and learning.
