Best Conventional Mortgage Lender in Tulsa, OK

Hello Bigger Pockets community!  Does anyone have any recommendations for which lending institution is the best in Tulsa, Ok, for acquiring a conventional mortgage for a rental property?  My wife and I are looking to get pre-approved, so that we can begin the search.  We have a 7-month old daughter, and would like to purchase the property for her college savings.

Prefer to get a 15 year note.  Looking for best cost/terms/customer service.  Any advice is appreciated!  Thanks!
