Everyone has challenges and obstacles that arise in their businesses...and it's usually a daily occurrence. What is that ONE THING though that if you got this fixed, then you would start moving forward?

If you have a local Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) that is a great place to start! You can also call the title company you work with and ask if they know any investors looking for properties. I would also post on Facebook what you are looking for on your home page and I would search Facebook and Google for "Fix and Flip Investors in Your Area" or "House Flippers In Your Area". Hope this helps you find some people!

Our company has consistently hit 40% growth every year for the last four years. We are going to do well over 200 deals this year, and a BIG factor is the fact that we ALWAYS set our goals to grow 100% every year. 

You might be thinking, "well, if they don't hit their goal then they are failures," or you might be thinking, "growing 40% a year is great in anybody's book!" The truth is that no matter what your goal is, set it higher than you think you need to. I guarantee that if we as a company set a goal of 40%, we would not hit that number consistently. 

You may have heard of SMART goal setting where the letter "A" stands for "Attainable." Your goals don't always have to be attainable...but they do need to be something worth working towards! If you only set attainable goals, I promise you will not go as far as you really want to go.

I by no means know it all. I would love to share any knowledge I have learned over the last few years. I am a part of a company that is exploding, and I am thrilled to be learning something new every day. We have bought and sold over 160 deals so far this year and will end well over 200+ for the year. I would love to connect with anyone that is looking to do more in their real estate business, anyone that is a wholesaler and has deals and wants to grow their wholesale business, and anyone else that may have any questions dealing with wholesaling, systems, follow up, marketing, and overall investing opportunities.
