I have my real estate license with coldwell banker in mystic ct however I have a full time job. I was out showing properties the other day and came across a great investment property- my husband is too busy with what we currently own to take on this one.. How would I go about finding people that want to flip? Does anyone have keys to success as becoming a real estate agent just for flippers ????? Any help would be amazing . Trying to get my real estate business up and running based around flips and people wanting to buy multi families ....

If you have a local Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) that is a great place to start! You can also call the title company you work with and ask if they know any investors looking for properties. I would also post on Facebook what you are looking for on your home page and I would search Facebook and Google for "Fix and Flip Investors in Your Area" or "House Flippers In Your Area". Hope this helps you find some people!
