@Clay Smith & @Michael Seeker I work with a company that primarily wholesales and we are expanding to KY. We currently cover IN, IL, MI, and OH. We do about 250-300 deals a year. We are managing all of our processes on Podio. If either of you are interested in chatting to see if we would be a good fit for each other, just inbox me and let me know. Thanks!

And I totally agree with both of you in the sense that there is a big difference between ROI and ROT (return on time). The wholesaler will really help boost your ROT and in turn the ROI will go up because you are able to get more accomplished.

We put a header like "We buy houses" then the number and website (which a seller squeeze page to gather info) @Greg Shackleford

@Bill Teague We have a VA call everyone back and gather info. You can also set up squeeze pages to capture info but you'll lose some people from doing that. It really comes down that someone needs to call that seller and get the motivation and see if there is a way to help them in their situation. If you don't want to pay for an assistant to do that than that task falls on you.

@Rhett Taylor We use both 1 sided and 2 sided. 1 sided for poles and 2 sided for sticking in the ground. We use preprinted signs that are a yellow background with red lettering.

We have done over 180 deals so far this year! We have over 80 properties right now in IN, IL, MI, and OH. We would love to help buyers find great deals before winter season in the Midwest! Connect with me if I can help you in any way or if you have questions!
