How to Grow 40% a year (according to us)

Our company has consistently hit 40% growth every year for the last four years. We are going to do well over 200 deals this year, and a BIG factor is the fact that we ALWAYS set our goals to grow 100% every year. 

You might be thinking, "well, if they don't hit their goal then they are failures," or you might be thinking, "growing 40% a year is great in anybody's book!" The truth is that no matter what your goal is, set it higher than you think you need to. I guarantee that if we as a company set a goal of 40%, we would not hit that number consistently. 

You may have heard of SMART goal setting where the letter "A" stands for "Attainable." Your goals don't always have to be attainable...but they do need to be something worth working towards! If you only set attainable goals, I promise you will not go as far as you really want to go.
