Look forward to the next meetup! I am Distressed Mortgage investors looking to share my current deals and or JV with a few people.

@Josh Bryan Looking to get more information on a property that we are looking to purchase. We see that the condo area only allows 20% to be rented out so FC and REO sale of the property would be our only choices. Send me a PM and lets talk more.

Anyone know of a realtor in this area?  It is just outside Chicago.  We have tried just can not get any agent on the phone.
