Overview
There's been some definite interest from a number of people here about setting up a meeting for those of us in New Jersey who are not in the Northern part of the state and who aren't looking to always travel into New York or Philadelphia. So let's make it happen.
As this will be the first meeting of this group, we'll keep things short and have a limited agenda. We'll introduce ourselves and talk about what we would all like to get out of the group so that going forward we can plan accordingly. We'll find out if we have a bunch of beginners or a bunch of veterans, who's interested in education vs. who wants simply to network, and what areas of RE investing each of us are interested in.

More On The Location
While in Lincroft this time, the location will likely vary so as to be fair to everyone who has to drive. Generally speaking though, the group will focus on Monmouth and Ocean Counties. However we will remain open to a larger reach depending on interest from those in other counties such as Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, etc.
Also, if you know of a specific location in the area where we would be able to meet, please feel free to recommend it. I'm open to and looking for ideas.
Planning to Attend?
Please indicate below if you're planning to attend. We may need to relocate to a larger room depending on how many people will be there. I'll also provide my number privately to all those who RSVP below just in case you're running late, can't find us, etc...
If you would like to attend but cannot because of either the day or time, also please let me know. Again, depending on the group we may be able to make some adjustments going forward.

I would just like to add that there are 3 meet-ups in New Jersey that aren't far.
There is NJRESN that is always in Garwood.
There is also NJREIA and the New Jersey Real Estate Investment Club that both float around NJ and a usual location is Piscataway.
