not real likely in this market!

Happy to help get you going in the right direction.  Been in AZ for almost 49 years...feel free to call any time.   My info is on my profile.  By the way...I run a real estate company, but I am NOT pitching you as an agent...just offering to help you from the perspective of an investor and long time AZ resident.

I would guess you could certainly find an investor here on BP in that area who would be willing to pay you a finders fee on the deals.   A lot of investors get alerts based on the keyword searches, so I would suggest that you post again and mention the specific city maybe....assuming you don't get a response on this post.

MIchael....can you elaborate on what "ideas" you are looking for, please.   Converting the units to or from Assis.Living or just adding more of that product in our market?  NOt sure what angle you are looking at here.
