Looking for Vacation Home in Arizona

Good early morning/evening.  

I am looking at possibly buying a vacation home somewhere in arizona. Condo or SFH/townhouse 1-2 bedrooms. What is most important are access (near airport), safety, and location. Looking to stay there 3-4 months out of the year and rent it out the rest of the time using vbro or airbnb. Price doesn't matter too much as long as numbers are good but hoping to be in the 100-200k range. Any ideas? Just trying to get away from the cold from time to time
