Arizona Agent(s) Wanted

Hi Everyone! I am a new investor and looking for potential properties in my own backyard. I currently live in Tempe, Arizona but am open to looking in the surrounding areas based on value of the deal. Other areas of interest include: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale and more. I am only interested in buy and hold, preferable small (2-4) multi-unit / multi-family opportunities. Not at all interested in flips at this point in my RE career. I have a full time job that keeps me VERY busy and I'm looking for an agent(s) that are knowledgeable about investment properties and can provide me with realistic recommendations and not just the highest priced options because I can find those on my own.
