One of my early mentors is a very successful real estate. although not having any property at Manhattan, he has several four-family brownstones in Clinton Hill brooklyn and other primary areas in Brooklyn. He is a very methodical buy-and-hold investor very similar to @Ben Leybovic

Hey BP family, after listening to a few wholesale podcast, I realized that to start out the gate as a successful wholesaler marketing is KING. But at the same time I'm see that I'm going need a marketing consultant to assist me mapping out an effective campaign. anyone recommendation ? Contacts ? Website ?

@Jim FarrellI think the client from was liquidating a small portion of his portfolio. most of the notes were under 30k and in southern states. I still have the realtor information just send me a private message.
