@Vincent PrioreWelcome to BP there are a ton, of central and north jersey investors here on BP, put up a picture, comment on a few post, stay active and you will get all your questions answered and even meet potential partners. Best thing you have is skin in the game ...plus knowledge so it should be a breeze to connect with other members.

Hope that helps

Aww man I missed the webinar :( funny thing I randomly thought about that idea few months ago, doing a daily analysis in variety of properties for set amount of time. Just to get mentally comfortable with running numbers often

@George Changwelcome to BP, I own a two family house in South Jamaica queens, close by York College. Yes, queens real estate is getting expensive more-so now people are getting priced out of brooklyn real estate and a combination of low inventory.

But so far my property is just barely at the 1% rule. So at some point when the neigborhood starts to change around hopefully the rent should increase right along with it.

@Aundre Oldacre Welcme to Bigger Pockets! It's amazing how Brooklyn have had such a price boom in property value in the past 10 years. Even certain parts of Queens is now starting to experience the same.

@Ana G. Wow Ana Great Job!! And even better job with the follow-up post ! I think it was a good move not doing the deal with the gentlemen that has cancer, to help him get top dollar for his property. It's just good practice and karma!

Also you should think about getting your real estate license to convert some of your leads that doesn't want to sell at a discount, by doing so you can at least list there property on the MLS and get a commission when/if there property is sold (there maybe some disclosure needed if you go that route) just a thought :)

Lastly, Joe McCall has a descent podcast on lease options and creative financing for wholesale deal, I found it very informative.

Keep up the awesome work!!
