Saving 30k a year from a teacher's salary is very impressive considering they all claim to be working for poverty wages!

Police and DAs file any kind of charge they can in hopes they will get something to stick. This being termed a felony seems quite harsh to me. If they are convicted what will be the sentence. Life? Electric chair? I can just see them sitting in a jail cell next to a mass murder when he asks what they are in for.

Be a person of character and fulfill your agreement. People using inspections as tools merely to renegotiate will cause a seller revolt against inspections.

$500 per pier seems really high especially when you consider you have 34! Nothing about working on a house is rocket science. Just make sure things are well braced before you get under there!

We have a real estate investors group that meets the third Monday every month in Kingsport. Tri Cities Real Estate investors Group. You can find more info on Meetup.

Sounds like this business is operating within the law. I understand your frustration but your immediate area from your video appears to be very mixed use. Sounds like you would be happier located in am area with very tight, regulated zoning. Alas, you aren't in that area. My advice is to either find a way to buy the property or sell yours or just suck it up.

I would undertake this but I am fearless crazy when it comes to home repair. It's not work that many people want to do, hence the high prices. Exactly what is the problem?
