Newbie from the tri-cities area in East TN
Hello, everyone. My name is Asia Bacus and although I've been listening to the BP podcast for several months now, this is my first post in the community. I live in a rural area close to Greeneville, TN (about 45 minutes from Johnson City) and have decided to really start pursuing real estate investing. I'm interested in rentals, specifically house hacking at first, and also live and flips. I'm a momma of 3 young kiddos and am interested in meeting real estate investors close to my area, especially ones with kids! Thanks for reading.

Welcome. I went to East Tn State and familiar with Greenville. I am now outside Nashville but have rental properties in the East TN area.
Find @Derek Tellier 's recent post on his East TN Meet up. He rotates from Maryville to Knoxville and Seveirville. I have attended and met some good people who are looking to help. Might be a good way for you to connect with people.
