Outright.

Better question is how does an agent protect you?

If you have to pay $200 to replace ceiling fans you will go broke.

Looks like you were as negligent or even more so than the tenant. Perhaps they didn't understand the effects of the growth on the unit.

I am going to be direct but you need to know. Your house is bland and ugly. Zero pop. I couldn't tell the front from the back of the house. The solid row of white kitchen cabinets dies against the beige walls. Beige has been dead for a while. Spend some money and hire a decorator.

Personally I always take a shower and never a bath. Of course that varies from person to person. I think a private laundry would be preferred to a shared one.

Work two jobs and save absolutely every penny you can while establishing good credit. Study this forum. Go to local real estate meetings and learn. Find a mentor. You must build a foundation for any lasting success.

I would have to know why they want to be off the title for 18 months. Something is very fishy here.

In this case you have to ignore how much the bank is owed. You might be able to buy it cheap enough to demolish the house and build new.

I think we are starting to see an abuse of the inspection contingency. I wonder if realtors just encourage buyers to lock up a property at full price and after they have so to speak gotten it off the market, then renegotiate from a point of huge advantage.
