Welcome to BP Glen. There are a lot of multi units available in the Port Huron area, I am somewhat new to the game myself but have recently picked up my first rental in Warren on a land contract. We got it rented in 3 weeks and we are eager to find something else. My best advice is to listen to the podcast, webinars and use the financial calculator to run your numbers. Ask lots of questions in the forums as there are many knowledgeable people on here. Best of luck on your endeavors.

Happy to report all went well and the property is rented and should cash flow just under 300 a month. Very pleased, very excited and definitely ready to find our next deal! Thanks for all the good advice it was put to good use.
