Did anyone else sign up and watch Grant Cardone's webinar this past weekend? If so what were your thoughts.

Lots of great information here, thanks for sharing everyone from someone just getting started out. Building foundations with this information will pay huge dividends down the road, both financially and mentally.

I agree if they want to use it, charge extra. I've heard of landlords using the garages to store their own things.

Parts of Metro Detroit are rising. I'm not super experienced but there are still buy and hold deals that make sense and cash flow fairly well. I picked up a 2/1 for 34k and get 750 a month for rent. I'm eager to find a few more before the process start getting to high.

So what are your thoughts @Ben Leybovich? 

I received the same invitation. Wondering if anyone else has? I asked for info, references, and a website, only responded with the terms. Like the old saying if it seems to good to be true it probably is. 

Thanks @Joe Splitrock for your response. I was just thinking of looking into land just beyond where I live planning ahead for future development.

Just a curiosity question. What are some pros and cons to buying and holding raw undeveloped land?

If you go on Zillow and look at recently sold you will be able to find that information. Another option would be if you have a realtor you deal with they should be able to send you a list of comps for the area. Hope this helps.
