Hey @Vannel Dzigba! Congrats on the closing. There are multiple FB Groups for housing/room rentals in the Denver area. Being a new build, you shouldn't have an issue finding high-quality roommates in no time! I'd also look into the medium term rental option. Anything 30+ days will not be looked at as STR unless your HOA has specific rental requirements (6+ months, 12 months etc). This option can provide higher returns on investment but you do have to consider the turnover and vacancy that comes with monthly rentals.
