Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy and Cypress are very competitive as@Tony Castronovo said. So, @Brian Alfaro become an expert in the area you are searching. That way when you find a deal you can quickly pull the trigger.

I know Katy; especially Old Town Katy, that when a deal presents its self I am quick to act.

@Tony Castronovo yes, I would like to see your apartment, call me and we can make a time for the trip, I can meet you in Katy. We can stop by my apartment on the way out and I can show you how we renovated, maybe it will give you some ideals.

@Tony Castronovo Congratulation on the new apartment, it's a great feeling and a big accomplishment to own your own apartment. Now the work really begins :-).

I ask my PM for comps, she's also a realtor. She knows that they will run the property once I decide to buy. She will also go and look at the property for me.

@Mark Sewell Good data.

We are into it for the long term, so we try to buy right no matter where we are in the market. A correction will come, don't know when and, not trying to predict, just trying to be ready with some cash to pick up properties.

@Jacey C. Bellville, Brenham, Sealy and surrounding areas. I don't drive for dollars, just work with several REA and my PM.
