Questions to ask during interview with broker?

Hi, I'm currently working on getting my real estate license online and I'm about 1/3 of the way through the class. I've been looking at some online brokerages since I plan on starting part time while I keep my full time job to support my family. I found eXp Realty and will be doing a phone interview this Thursday. I want to know what kind of questions you guys have asked when interviewing with a broker. This will be my first time doing so.

@Quincy Knighten Congratulations on your journey thus far Quincy. You’re on your way! Three questions I would recommend are:

1) How is the support and training for new agents? (On boarding, office support, mentors, etc)

2) What are the required fees? (Desk fees, franchise fees, paper fees, etc)

3) What kind of marketing is available? (Website, business cards, signs, etc.)

Plenty of other things to ask a potential broker but in my opinion, these are pretty important.
