Flipping on long island

Im from long island new york started this bigger pockets and real estate journey 6 years ago, cant believe I remembered my password which im very glad because you can read my past discussions from when i was younger and had no clue what was going on lol, i recently passed my real estate sales person exam and searching for a broker. I responded yesterday but it looks like my response didn't go through. I plan on getting my RE licence in January, so I have been trying to do a little research on brokers where it would work for both of us. I did come across EXP realty which is a completely web based firm. I don't know too much about them yet since I haven't completed the RE course yet but they definitely caught my interest and seems like their model would be great for RE agents whose focus is self investments.

I am also in Long Island :)
