I hope everyone is doing well! Our next meet up is coming up September 29th @ 7:00 PM! We will be meeting at 7650 Highbridge Rd. in Manlius at our new Hunt Real Estate office. Enter through the back entrance. Please bring business cards to pass. 

This month we will have a presentation gearing more towards large multi-families through Syndication. We will be breaking down what a Syndication is, how it is structured and how any investor (large or small) can benefit & invest in a Syndication. This is the highest form of investing in real estate.

After the presentation we will be opening up the floor for anyone that has questions for the group or has a possible deal to present. Lastly we will have some networking. Anyone from Syracuse, Central New York, Utica, Rochester or in the general CNY area is more than welcomed to join. I look forward to seeing you all soon!

These are all great reasons to invest in real estate in general! 

I personally find Syndications attractive if you area a high income earner, odds are you do not have the time to find deals, figure out how to fund or finance them, manage them, find management and much more. Why not have someone experienced do it for you and make great returns.

It is also fairly difficult to diversify as a stand alone investor. You would have to buy different asset classes or in different areas tp diversify and that can be difficult and time consuming. Let an expert do all of the market research and find what is an emerging market possibly.

Maybe you don't want to deal with tenants so you let someone do it for.

Liability can be a big one as well. You typically are investing in a single asset that holds tile to the property in an LLC. You invest capital in that LLC you are "part" owner of which is really only what is "on the line" is that capital you invested vs your personal residence.

Lack of education. Some people do not have the time or want to learn something new or real estate in general.

I would say time is one of the biggest ones here that continues to come up. People want freedom and time to do things they enjoy while being invested in assets with decent returns. Well Syndication is your answer!!!
