I hope everyone is doing well! Our next meet up is coming up August 25th @ 7:00 PM! We will be meeting at 7650 Highbridge Rd. in Manlius at our new Hunt Real Estate office. Enter through the back entrance. Please bring business cards to pass. This month we will have guest speaker Thomas Ferrara from Hunt Mortgage speaking about...you guested it, leverage and mortgages! He will discuss house hacking lending, and your regular investment property lending. Tom is extremely knowledgable and an authority in the mortgage space. Throughout his presentation he will be taking questions, you do not want to miss this one. After his presentation we will be opening up the floor for anyone that has questions for the group or has a possible deal to present. Lastly we will have some networking. Anyone from Syracuse, Central New York, Utica, Rochester or in the general CNY area is more than welcomed to join. I look forward to seeing you all soon!
