@Tennessee Williams welcome! I hope you are staying safe.  I am from NY and now a transplant here in Kansas City, MO investing full time. The midwest has a lot of great things to offer. Feel free to reach out if you need anything, always happy to help.

@Chad Stark we are transplants here in Kansas City, MO for the last 3 years. Love the market and stability.  Great schools, good cash flow, and a few areas have some great potential for appreciation. Would love to hear more about what area you are investing in.

@Sean Ade market is still very strong. Leased up two properties last week and entry-level properties/BRRRs are going under contract in 24 hours or less. My company and personally, we are still purchasing and rehabbing. We are being more cautious but we are not being affected like some of the markets on the coast. Happy to discuss more if you want. Feel free to DM me.

@Gregory Craig agree with Alex. I have owned properties on East and West coast. Reside in Kansas City, MO now. Great place to be in the real estate business.

@Josh Huber Kansas City, MO is great. I have a bunch of clients from the East and West coast and all are impressed with the numbers and low purchase price. Happy to share some info and links if you are looking for more info about KC.

KCMO is about 3 to 5 days behind what you are seeing on the coast, to a lesser degree. Early next week will be a good indicator but all of us in the REI industry are operating like normal, as much as we can.

Second what @Lee Ripma said. We do a lot of work with OOS investors. We help them find a property, close on it, and then can consult for them, give them access to our network of subs, and even provide property management if they want it. That ensures our investors get equity and cash flow, in A and B neighborhoods. They can do as much or as little work as they feel comfortable with.
