After many years of listening to biggerpockets podcast, I finally pulled the trigger and bought my first rental in Missouri. I had a great time working with Dan and want to share my experience as below. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions:)

Unlike other agents who just wants to close the deal and get the commission, he always representing investor's best interest, and share his expertise and thoughts on the house. He won't stop searching until he found a good deal matches my target. He also demonstrated great negotiation skills, and we actually went under contract below asking price on a already good deal. Dan has helped me tremendously during the rehab process. The house I purchased needed tons of remodel, from generating sow to hiring contractors for each task, he handled everything professionally and seamlessly. He also acts as the safeguard during the rehab by checking the work completion level and quality for me. He made everything so easy for long-distance investors with a full-time job like me. Working with Dan is the best decision I ever made and highly recommend him if you need someone professional and thoughtful to help you with your real estate investing!
