I tried, but could not find a discussion tracking any coronavirus impacts in specifically Kansas City that investors are seeing. If there is one, please provide the link here. If not, let's all share what we are all seeing in this market! I'm not seeing any impacts on my rentals, but this is just the beginning. I'm in touch with my PM to see if they are starting to see any sign of impact. With fannie, freddie, and hud suspending foreclosures and evictions, it'll be interesting to see how we can navigate our way out of this storm. I am hoping this thread will serve all KC investors by sharing each other's knowledge and experience!

KCMO is about 3 to 5 days behind what you are seeing on the coast, to a lesser degree. Early next week will be a good indicator but all of us in the REI industry are operating like normal, as much as we can.
