This is a very popular request on the BP forums. Fortunately, there are real estate accountants that are active here on the forums. Check out a few profiles and reach out to someone that you connect with. 

Some firms even have pricing listed on their websites which makes your search easier.

I spoke to an investor today whose "regular ole CPA" completely botched the STR on the 2020 tax return. True, its not rocket science, but there is an art and a science to the compliance and strategy.

There are several on the forums. Most of the active BP pro's are familiar with unique tax strategies for STR's. Check the network tab or search around and reach out directly.

I'm not exactly certain what you are looking for, but for someone who gets big picture financial and tax planning, reach out to @Bernard Reisz.

Most of the BP accountants work with investors in KY and all over the country. Search around the forums and reach out to a few. It might be challenging to find a good firm that is still taking on clients, but they are out there.

Most of the CPA's here on BP work with investors across the country. However, it is relatively late, so you'll want to reach out asap and see who is still taking on new clients.
