Does anyone know a company who can finance several properties as part of one loan? I am looking to finance a purchase of several homes and am putting 20-25% down.

Hi @Chris Daliani it seems your question has been answered, but I would recommend also contacting the owner to see what you can work out. 

Banks do in fact allow owners various options, such as lease-backs, which I have seen before. They also offer *sometimes* relocation fees for people in short sale situations. You can find out if the owner has already listed the home or what their intentions are.
