James, there is a lot of great education throughout this site. I think you should identify which strategy/strategies you are most interested in pursuing then dig deeper into those.

@Peter Cainero I am bound to think that the "smaller" brokerages would love someone as eager as you seem to be. I would recommend that you call some and see who seems to be the best fit for your needs.
