Where is the property and what are the specifics? 

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a multi-family property in NJ, commercial or mid-to-large size apartment complexes. I am looking for a minimum ROI of 10% and a cash flow of at least $210/unit. The property should be within a 25 mile radius of the Paramus area. My investor has approximately $200K for the down payment to work with.

If anyone has a good reference for a large PM company as well to handle large projects, it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to BP! I am also in northern NJ, just outside of Brooklyn. I agree with the posts you already received. Pick at 4-5 cities to focus on and one strategy to start out with. (you can always add later on)

What is the address? Does the property come with property management? Is the tenant on a yearly lease?
