I am looking for lenders who can finance LLC's, either on a refi or purchase. I am in need of lenders in Alabama, Indianapolis and Ohio. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

The assignment is usually a one-page document that is fairly self-explanatory. Get that deal and go from there.

Hi @emmanuel you can network with realtors, launch a direct mail campaign, use bandit signs, Craigslist and a bunch of other strategies. BP has a plethora of resources for finding off-market properties.
