Does anyone know a company who can finance several properties as part of one loan? I am looking to finance a purchase of several homes and am putting 20-25% down.

@Trent Ward

With 20-30k houses you’ll need a local bank. I’d try Bryant Bank if they operate there.

For size, The rule of thumb when I was researching Birmingham was assets between 400 mil and 2 bil.
