Just closed my 2nd property

Hello,

I am very excited to announced that I just closed my second buy and hold property in northwest Indiana. Wasn't easy since I was using a bank that didn't seem to have much experience and after 2.5 months of waiting they deny me the loan. Then, I found another bank who was able to give me the loan in about 1 months.

I am not saying the first bank didn't know what they were doing because they didn't give me the loan but just didn't make any sense.  I have excellent credit way over 700 plus long time in the job with decent income and all of the other factors that make good credit including low deb to income ratio. Lesson learn after 2.5 months.

Either way, happy to be done and already moving forward to Deal #3.

JP
